Did you realize that Twin Flame Age Gaps, can affect the timing of Physical Union for a Twin Flame Couple?
Whilst age is just a number, on the Twin Flame Journey it can help you realise that any delays you experience on the path to physical Twin Flame Union are ‘not God’s denials’, to quote an old phrase, but rather just an important part of the process.
What are common Twin Flame Age Gaps or Differences?
In one of the first post I did on this website, I shared some independent research and survey on Twin Flame Age Differences which you can find in this post “What is your Twin Flame Age Difference or Age Gap”?.
One of the diagrams from that research done in 2018 is re-shown below:
Within the Twin Flame Survey Group, 47% of Twin Flames surveyed had a Twin Flame age gaps difference of between 1 – 10 years, whilst 33.75% had an Twin Flame age difference of 11-20 years.
Almost always the Divine Feminine Twin Flame was older, and whilst the age gaps differed between 0-34 years (YES, even a Twin Flame Extreme Age Difference of 34 years!!!), a Twin Flame age gap of close to 10 years was fairly common.
The result (in a different chart) also clearly showed that most of the Divine Feminines surveyed were in the 30-39, or the 50-59 age range, whilst majority of Divine Masculine Twin Flames (DM) were in the younger age ranges of 20-29, or 30-39.

In my own Twin Flame Connection our Twin Flame age difference is about 11 years.
Little did I know, back as a 25 year old (when I was hoping to get married), that my Twin Flame was only 14 (still a teenager) and lived in a completely different country, half a world away.
OMG! No wonder, I couldn’t find him.
(Funnily enough though, it was at that age of 25 that I actually had a Twin Flame Dream that very clearly told me that I was a Twin Flame, and that the guy I was dating WAS NOT my Twin Flame….but I’ll leave that story for another day! *grin*)
Greater Age Gaps can delay Twin Flame Union
I think many of us Divine Feminine TFs can find the age gap, between our Twin Flame and ourselves a bit daunting.
Waiting for our Twin Flame to grow up and mature, whether we are the DF or DM, requires patience. And, age gaps means that Physical Twin Flame Union may need to occur a little later in life.
I think there are three main reasons why this happens:
- On a practical level, since the majority of DFs are women, who tend to live longer than men. It does make a bit of sense, that female would be older, so you don’t need to live without your Twin Flame for too long in older age.
- Women tend to have a more pivotal role in child rearing, and from both a Soul and Physical perspective taking care of young dependants (our new bright future generation) will always take priority for the short period required.
- Men and Women are biologically programmed to ‘want’ different things at different stages of life. Women primarily want ‘love and connection’ early on in life, whilst in Men, the desire for ‘status and significance’ is stronger early on. This does eventually change for men around ‘mid-life’, when a ‘switch’ occurs and a greater desire for ‘love and connection’ grows.
So what age range is Twin Flame Union more likely to occur?
If you are a Twin Flame older woman (DF) with a Twin Flame younger man (DM), Physical Union is more likely to happen when your DM has ‘aged’ or matured into the second stage of their life. This is (generally 40+) when 3D ‘status and significance’ become less important for a man, and the desire for love and connection (ie 5D unconditional Love) grows.
At this time, for men still stuck in the 3D paradigm, you start to see the weird ‘midlife crisis’ mix of new sports car (3D status) and a new mistress or wife (love). However, for our awakening Divine Masculines Twin Flames, they will be less superficial, as their need to be fulfilled at much deeper levels will be strong.
Later in life too, any life contracts, such as children, affecting our Twin Flame Divine Masculines are most likely to have been fulfilled as well. This gives them the ‘spiritual go-ahead’ to release any other previous 3D commitments (aka marriage to someone else, or staying for children), and providing the availability for them to move forward into Twin Flame light work with you, their Twin Flame.
Is there a preset ‘time’ for your Physical Twin Flame Union?
I can’t say for sure, as each Twin Flame Union depends on a multitude of factors. But, an indication of when your “ONE Soul” may have planned Twin Flame Union with you Twin Flame, can be found in numerology, and Pinnacle Numbers.

Using Pinnacle Numbers in Numerology
In Numerology ‘pinnacles numbers’ are turning points in your life. This might make them a good signpost for when your Twin Flame is likely to change their life, and start a new life with you.
To calculate yours, all you need is you and your Twin Flame’s date of birth to see if your pinnacle numbers align, and when….! (ie. At what age this will occur for your and your Twin Flame, and also what calendar years).
How to Calculate your Four Pinnacle Numbers
The calculations for the Pinnacle Numbers are as follows:
- 1st Pinnacle (Addition of Month & Day of Date of Birth)
- 2nd Pinnacle (Addition of Day & Year of Date of Birth)
- 3rd Pinnacle (Addition of 1st Pinnacle + 2nd Pinnacle)
- 4th Pinnacle (Addition of Month & Year of Date of Birth)
As explained in my earlier post, when calculating we want to add up each digit of a birth number, not just the original numbers. For example, to calculate the 1st pinnacle (Month and Day of Birth) if you were born on the birth date of 31st of December, 2011. Would be:
1+2 (for December ie. 12th Month) + 3 + 1 (for 31st day) = 1+2+3+1 = 7
We want all numbers to be a single digit, so keep adding each digit together until you get a number between 1-9. Unless the final number was an 11, 22,33, or 44, (Master Numbers) which we leave as is.

Do you and your Twin Flame’s Pinnancle Numbers Resonate (ie. Match)?
Let’s calculate some example Pinnacle numbers for two (imaginary) Twin Flames and birth dates.

As you can see in the example above, my imaginary Twin Flame couple – Jessica and Scott – have matching 4th Pinnacles numbers. Meaning that during the time period that the pinnacle is active in both their lives, their Soul Focus is on the same thing – the energy of a ‘3’.
🔥🔥 The exciting thing to note is that these matching numbers could be an indication of the time period in their lives when this Twin Flame Couple are most likely to come into Physical Twin Flame Union… and stay there. 🔥🔥
Mapping your Pinnacle Numbers to Calendar Years
The Four Pinnacles are periods of our life that represent ‘themes’ or focusses of the soul, and last for a period of years.
For me,
- My 1st pinnacle goes from birth to around Age 28.
- The 2nd Pinnacle for another 9 years (ie. Age 29 -38).
- The 3rd Pinnacle for 9 years also (ie. Age 38-44).
- The 4th Pinnacle last the rest of my life (ie. Age 47 onwards).
Note: Pinnacle ages can change slightly as they are based on Life Path Number, so they ages they affect you, might be slightly different to mine, shown above. I’m a Life Path 7, which was calculated by adding all the digits in my Date of Birth together.
If you want to know what your precise age ranges are, this diagram from World Numerology helped me. (Note: To keep things simple, I didn’t use it in the examples below.)

What year does Jessica & Scotts – Pinnacle Numbers Match?
Let us now analyse the numbers and discover which Calendar Year Jessica and Scott will have a resonating/matching “3” energy, occurring for both of them in the 4th Pinnacle.

As shown in the table above, for Jessica, who is born in 1989, her 4th Pinnacle (resonating to a ‘3’) starts around age 47 or 2036.
Her Twin, Scott, was born in 1996 and his 4th Pinnacle (also resonating to a ‘3’) only starts around age 47 or 2043, or 7 years later when Jessica is 54 years old.
Now, please realise that I’m not saying that Jessical and Scott won’t get into Twin Flame Physical Union prior to 2043. What I am say is, that from that Calendar Date – 2043 – (when both are resonating to the same “3” frequency) things will be more aligned and harmonious between them. So Union, if it hasn’t happened all ready, may be more likely after this date. 😉😉❤❤

Divine Timing is perfectly aligned
Now, if your gut reaction for Jessica is ‘OMG! So long to wait’, don’t be.
This time might be perfect. For example, as I write this post (2025), my imaginary Jessica is 36 years old. Using published ‘age of pregnancy data’ of around age 28-31, it highly likely that any children she has may be currently under the age of 8, and requiring her support for at least another 10 years. The same may need to happen for Scott, who is currently 29.
The Twin Flames Mission or missions that each Twin Flame couple has together, needs time and resources to be able to devote to that, so this is where Divine Timine comes into play. Our Egos can want what the Ego wants, but our Soul (our shared Soul) truly knows what is best for us, and the life that we planned to have together on this Earth during this incarnation.
QUESTION? Do We need to wait for the last pinnacle for Twin Flame Physical Union?
Q. Is it just the last pinnacle that indicates the possibility for a Twin Flame Couple to come together?
No.
Any time frame where the Twin Flames both resonate to the same number, is an indication for Twin Flame Union. And, helps overcome any Twin Flames and age difference challenges regarding ‘stages of life’ that Twin Flames may face.
In my own Twin Flame Union, for example, my 4th pinnacle number is the same as both of my Twin Flames 3rd and 4th Pinnacle numbers. This meant I didn’t have to wait until we were both 48 years old for us to get on the same page (which would have been frustrating since we have an 11-year Twin Flame age distance).
Instead, once I turned 47, and my Twin Flame turned the age of 39, our Pinnacle Energy Numbers and Cycles were a perfect match. Indicating that from that time period onwards, “we”(both parts of our shared soul) are both changing our lives in similar ways and desiring the same thing.
Other way of saying this is, that our Free Will and Divine Wills are getting much closer.
